Gerald recently helped with a new concrete foundation and full perimeter drainage system for my 100+ year old house in Townsite. Gerald is quite simply a foundation pro, single-handedly shoring up the entire house in mere hours so that the perimeter could be dug out for the forms and resulting concrete foundation and basement slab. The job was done in section to ensure the safety of the house above, keeping it a liveable home for the duration of the project! Gerald also led the team on the installation of a full perimeter drainage system, all to code and inspected and signed off by the city. At the end of the day, I have a safe and secure, completely dry and critter-free basement for amazing storage thanks to a solid foundation that will easily last for another 100 years! Gerald came out to finish a project someone had started 6 months earlier and hadn't complete. Gerald banged it off in a few days and the finished product was top notch. We've asked him to come out and do a staircase next, because his work is solid and his worth ethic is second to none. I'd definately recommend his work to anyone.
